A sly prank for when your friends are passed out; consists of pouring portions of beer into an unsuspecting, (often unconscious) victim's ear.

Coined at the 2010 Cavendish Beach Festival.

to smoke beer 

Usually means using cigarettes to inhale beer.
Putting a hole in a beer container then putting a cigarette in there and smoking from where you would normally drink.
This is basically considered a drug and I highly advice against doing it because you can develop asthma and get nasty infections.

- Yo, want to smoke beer?
-Sure. Give me a cig.
