Tokay

When someone looks or acts like a reptile in any form of body language. This can only be used as an expression and not meaning someone is by definition an actual reptile (unless they are). Most likely, tokay will be used as an "offense" towards another person to show sly disrespect and/or to "expose" or just to be funny to a friend or homie just because.

Person 1: "That douche over there is so tokay"
Person 2: "I know right"
Douche walks over to them
Douche: *hisss*
Walks away
Person 2: "Why the hell did he just hiss?"
Person 1: "Tokay"
