A lisped rendition of the word "sis", which is in turn short for "sister". Used as a cheeky term of endearment among campy gay men, such as drag queens and their fans. Popularized by RuPaul's Drag Race season 9 contestant Aja (who ironically does not have an excessive lisp, but has been dramatized as such by fans).

A hair that get's caught in your mouth. The word derives from the the facial expression one makes while saying the word, which mimics the facial express one makes while feeling around with your tongue to locate and prepare the hair to be pulled out by one's fingers.
