A lonely low life slum who is homeless, avoids taxes and the bloody bastards will steal anything they can get their grubby hands on, even if its your wife. This word can be used as a noun or adjective to insult the ones who thieve.

A name used in place of "Beyonce". A celebrity known for her lack of originality.
