A "hasbeen" crane inspector who always tells you that your crane needs a new wire rope regardless of it's condition.
Mike "the rope" wrote us up again on the crane report. He said we need to replace the wire rope that was just installed last month.

When you are tied up with some obligation that you don't want to be at and trying to leave. Often said when there is something else going on that you'd rather be doing at that time and want to get to as soon as possible.
Friend: "Hey, are you gonna meet up with us?"
