terraformar 

Based on the ape humanoid creature evolved from the cockroach. It is an alternate word masked by the anime community and is used as a synonymous for the word nigger. This may not be not be common in the majority anime community but I have seen it circulating on /a/ in a couple of manga discussions.

Is that a terraformar in the cover?

Terraformation 

A terraformation is something, generally a geologic formation or change, produced as a product of terraforming. This generally refers to something large but can also refer to something small. This term encompasses anything from a massive cliff to a small earthen shelf.

(The referenced terraformation could be a cliff where there wasn't one previously, a massive lake, a ravine, or a small shelf build as a foundation for a home)
