Synonymous to phoneballs, teleballs enable one to say things telephonically, that is, over the phone, that they would not normally be capable of saying when face-to-face.

origin: beginner's little league game of the same name, where the degree of difficulty in hitting a baseball is reduced by placing it on a tee for the child to hit.

The feeling a man gets in his genetalia, specifically his balls, when he see's another man get hit in the junk. Typically a very bad feeling, much like actually being hit in the nuts, usually accompanied by a cringe and moan.

When I saw Mike get hit in the nuts with that mallet, i cringed with the worst case of telekeballsis. I feel your pain Mike!
