Malakas

Deriving from the word malakia (to jerk off) it is mainly used in other contexts such as, addressing a friend. In Greece it is the vague equivallent of the word "nigger" between afro-americans, in that it can be used freely among friends but never from an outsider.

a sales job in which the sales person is contacting possible customers (reffered as leads) through the telephone.

my new job as telesales assistant sucks but at least they give good commission for every sale!

Render

In 3D Computer Graphics, creating an image (usually bitmap/pixel based) from a 3D virtual construction (a model) by calculating the way lights and other factors will affect the model in question.

Take out the area lighting and the scene will render a lot faster.
