Parisian sweet roll 

most commonly refers to blowing one's load into a fresh hot croissant after being brought to climax by sugar-sweetened dick sucking, then presenting said croissant to your partner for consumption.
The Parisian sweet roll, a technique perfected in the court of Emporer Napolean which, in it's time, brought even the little general to his knees, is practiced today by only the most traditional courtesans.
