A stuckee is the only person in an organization that can operate a piece of equipment or software, thus becoming stuck with it forever.
Ever since Jesse left, Miri is the only one that knows how to use it which is why she's the stuckee.

A nickname given to a coworker who likes to get stuck in mud and muck to such a degree that he/she has to be pulled out by either heavy equipment or much larger trucks with winches and chains. Even better if Stuckee has to get on the radio to call for help, letting the entire range know they are once again stuck.
