A soldier that considers him/herself the ultimate warrior but they are absolutely dog-shit at their job. Usually always fails a fitness test.

He told me that he single handedly took on an enemy compound...he actually works in the stores issuing rations. He's such a Steerment!

He said that he could pass his fitness test . He failed by 5 minutes, what a Steerment!!!
