A Phrase used to convey utter and complete truthfulness to a declaration, or approve statements made by the user or people involved in the convo.
"So shorty got ass ? Stamp that..."

In this context, the phrase is used to request confirmation of the statement.

"The trip to Vegas is definitely goin down this summer, Stamp That"

At this time, each member of the conversation makes the decision on whether or not to 'stamp' the statment, thereby giving their approval.

When reserved for serious statements, this phrase gives them extra credibility.

"The Detroit Pistons are going to win the finals, you can Stamp that.."

This is a declaration made by the user to illustrate his confidence in the statement.

Stamp that Dank 

"Stamp that dank," refers to the giving of the seal of approval to an act or a thing that has achieved greatness, aka: dankness.

This can also refer to the act of sleeping with or having sexual relations with an individual in a way similar to that indicated by the phrase: "Tap that."

This is not supposed to be derogatory, it is designed as a way for women to claim back the terms and phrases used against them by sleazeballs over the millennia.

West Midlands slang word for rockers, bikers, greasers etc. In the late 1980s it was used by the UK music press to refer to a specific scene centered around the bands Pop Will Eat Itself and Crazyhead. The term never found favour with readers of 'the inkies' (Sounds, Melody Maker and the still extant NME) and was soon dropped.
