A person (in or out of a motor vehicle) who is blocking a passageway. Usually used in reference to a slow moving car or a slow moving person blocking a walkpath.

It took us twenty minutes longer to get to our destination because there were many stallwarts on the road.

When two or more people attempt to stall stall while in a public bathroom, resulting in many minutes of silence while all parties involved just sit quietly in their stalls.

After several minutes of complete silence I realized that I was stuck in a stallmate with the fellow next to me.
