(N.) A person known to exhibit wild, zany, and unpredictable characteristics; also given to wacky outbursts and comedic reactions. Often misunderstood and at times, hard to handle. Enjoyable in small doses; an entertaining weirdo.

Dude was such a spazzlord. He went off about his guitar collection for like an hour, then he made me shave half his head and we made pancakes.

Mike drove up behind me honking and yelling like a spazzlord. He opened his door and drove past me kicking his leg out in the air, and his shoe flew off.

spazzcore 

Punk-derived music that generall incorporates lots of time and tempo changes(imparting the "spastic" quality reffered to in the name). Skram, Prog, Metal, Free Jazz, and Grindcore are all (to varying extents) antecedant to it in terms of their influence. Spazzcore is often, while ostensibly chaotic, very demanding in terms of precision and physical endurance. The term was first applied to Frodus and Shelby Cinca is generally credited as the inventor of the term (which was originally inteded as an expiriment in marketing). Since the introduction of the term, however, it has taken on a life of it's own outside of it's original application.

Spazztard 

A cross between the words "spazz" and "retard". The individual who happens to be dubbed this, usually have the traits of both of these. They either are very spastic in their movements and are mentally retarded or, they act like this in a highly convincing manner.
