The male counterpart to the common, whorish secretary. Categorized by his willingness to teabag with the testicles of his male boss. Can also be used for a male employee who figuratively and possibly litteraly sucks up to his male boss.

I see the CEO got himself a new sackretary, the old one must not have been putting out enough.

a secretary that is largely employed for her abilities to suck a wiener. Rather than schedule things, or take phone calls.

Monica Lewinski was Bill Clinton's suckretary.

Depending on personality, this is deemed either incredibly irresponsible and/or lolztastic.

Boss: OMG, you're such a slackertary.
