Sluzbit can mean that you are a bitch with slut tendencies. It also can be a way of referring to a friend or family member that is being annoying or is acting in a stupid manner. Basically you can use in fun way without being rude or just be flat put rude.

Vontae is bothering me so i called him a sluzbit. He jus laughed.
