Semab is one of those people you see and you're like, well that's semab. They are usually overly chill until you get to know them and they have a whole entire life of drama hidden behind their expression. Usually good friends but bad at paying you back, might lack in the looks department but usually has something cool to compensate like a cool car or nice clothes. Besides that, you want a semab as your friend to talk to and make jokes with because they are extremely funny to joke with and joke on.
