scrumfuffle
A portmanteau of "Scrum" (ie. "a huddle, convening of a small group for a purpose"), and "kerfuffle" (ie. "a terrible mess of a situation"). When a group of developers come together for a scrum meeting, it can quickly and easily devolve into a "scrumfuffle" when bickering begins over sizing and assigning work. Or bickering over which text editor to use (ie. VIM or EMACS)
What was supposed to be a simple meeting to figure out our team's action plan, quickly fell apart into a scrumfuffle once Eric brought up his immense disdain for Adele, a singer universally beloved by millions
