A combination of 2 words both special and nice. Used especially around blind dates that you liked but would never see again. Also used around your friends when describing your younger mentally retarded brother. Not a nice word.

Also used around people who say something stupid and you want to let them know that what they said was something a special, mentally retarded person would say.
Example 1

Sesile: I hear you have a sister. I need a date this weekend. Is she fine? Would I get some?

Homer: You can meet her but I have to warn you. All I can say about her is she is schnice.

Sesile: Aww man...I don't date girls that are tards

Example 2

Homer: You have a fine sister...NOT!

Sesile: Schnice man. That was real schnice.

Schnoigers

A humanoid creature, usually goblin-like in stature and appearance. Schnoigers are generally attracted to shiny objects of monetary value, or just money.

Schnoigers are renowned for sporting humongous, abnormally red and scabrous noses, in which they frequently store items.

While Schnoigers have useful storage nooks inside their noses, they also have a third, long and skinny hand, which they use to scour surfaces looking for objects that hold any monetary value. Their infamous third hand stems from their scalp and folds inside their hollow skull, Schnoigers utilise Yarmulkes to conceal their inhuman third hand.

A common example of a modern day Schnoiger is the magnificent, Harvey H.
Schnoigers are goblin-like creatures.

Back when I lived in upstate new york

A meaningless, unimpressive, self-serving introduction. An indicator that the story about to be shared will be pointless and dumb.
Back when I lived in upstate new york, I also had to park on the street - on two occasions, we got enough snow, mixed with just the right plowing, that my car was lifted off the ground from so much snow being jammed underneath it.

Sister: This meeting was to discuss the rough draft of my essay, where we discussed the subsidiary questions I added in my rough draft. We also discussed the relationship between my main title and the real-life situations I chose to use in my essay. We discussed the structure of my essay as well, specifically the Math AOK section and how it relates to the contradiction of the title. This second meeting was particularly helpful in discussing the implications of my essay claims and how to apply the title across various areas of knowledge. There were many sections of the essay that could have been cut down in wordiness and the ways of knowing required further and more in-depth analysis.
