A derogatory but humorous insult I made up to describe someone who doesn’t get up early or (more typically how I use it) someone who sleeps in. I use the word disparagingly and to motivate my family and friends to get out of bed. If used on a stranger, they may be confused or offended, or they may even chuckle.

Dominick: *Still asleep at 10 a.m.*

Me: *Wakes Dominick up* Hey, get up you lazy bones resthead or you’ll be late for your morning class!

Renthead

Someone who really likes the musical wordRent/word. Usually found "rushing" (waiting outside for hours) to get $20 front row tickets. Many have seen the show hundreds, even thousands, of times.

"Those Rentheads in the front row can get pretty annoying with all their whooping and hollering between songs."

"I'm a total Renthead! I know every word to RENT!"

noun. a frugal pothead, who regularly partakes of a hit in a well-worn piece to achieve a satisfaction without the immediate expensive of purchasing more bud.

Jim: That reshead always hits the bowl after its cashed.

Scooby: Ruh, roh nothin' left in the bowl.
Shaggy: It's not scooby snacks yet...

A disciple of the late, great, Jonathan Larson. About half of these Rentheads aren't really Rentheads, but they saw the movie and apparently that's enough. Someone who is completely in love with the show, almost as much as I am. We know the beginning to I'll Cover You isn't "Cold", "Come on", it's "Alone at last..." "...Darling, we're everything", and Take Me or Leave Me belongs in Joanne's loft, not the Greenwich Village Country Club.

RENThead

Someone who is obsessed with RENT. They know every word to every song, have seen BOTH the movie and the play, and love it to death. They know every little detail, from the fact that 'Take Me Or Leave Me' was added two rehearsals before show time, to the precise differences between the Movie and Stage show.

Forrest is such a RENThead, He knows all the words, facts, and little everythings about RENT.

RENTheads, gosh, get a life, RENT isn't something to obsess about. Just because YOU know everything about it, doesn't mean we do.

a person with a rectangle-shaped head, or the head itself. Also may be used to mean someone with a vacuous mind. A mad scientist would be a good example of a recthead.

On Sunday, December 28, 1986, Jamie and his friend Matt went box-sliding downhill, and lost their pom-pom snowhats, due to their big rectheads. Robert, Matt's little brother, always goes bareheaded, because he, too, has a recthead, and even is a recthead, himself. Mike, who just happened to witness it, was wearing a plain snowhat, and an overcoat, and thought,"What big rectheads Jamie, Matt, and Robert all are! I mean, to wear POM-POM snowhats, and not plain ones? Plain snowhats are the ideal snowhats these days! And to wear JACKETS, and not overcoats? Really! Such BIG rectheads!
