fem•splain•ing — noun

The act of a woman — typically, of the feminist variety — to mistakenly believe she knows more than a man and about a man’s actions, then attempts to explain her "knowledge" via word-vomit.

The tendency of some women to mistakenly believe that they automatically know more about any given topic than a man does and who, consequently, proceeds to explain to him, correctly or not, things that he already knows.
Man A: When she started femsplaining to me what it really meant to be a man in the 21st century, I got up and left.

Man B: Really, what else could you do?

Resplain 

Restating and explaining again and again and again a point or topic or some piece of information that a person should already know.
Tom was asked to attend a recurring meeting that he already had attended previously. In talking to Tom we had resplain the meeting and the purpose.

When a woman attempts to prove superiority over a man by vomiting up rhetorical questions that don't actually mean anything and usually have no real basis in fact.
I hate when women start femsplaining at me. It really ruins my mood.
