A noise emitted from the mouth to create a high pitch noise. The noise is a common way of communicating between silly and flamboyant goons and thugs, it can also be used for nonsensical mischievous way to piss someone off. Although it is extremely annoying it is just as addicting once heard in sequence throughout a conversation.
