prequels

A series of star wars movies that were made after the original trilogy but take place before it.

They were hated for having bad writting for more than a decade but then got praised for being the biggest meme goldmine known to man, raising their popularity and making the world apriciate them, leading to them being praised as a brilliant movie trilogy and a meme center alike.
Have you ever heard the tragedy of george lucas the wise?
I thought not. It's not a story r/sequelmemes would tell you. it's a r/prequelmemes legend.
George lucas was a film producer of lucasfilms. He was so powerful and so wise he could simulate the prequels to create memes. He had such a knowledge of filmaking he could even keep the memes he wanted from exhausting their pontetial.
The prequel era of star wars is a pathway to many dank abilities memers may consider unatural
Theys became so memable, the only thing george lucas was afraid of was losing his power, which eventually, of course, he did. Unfortunately, he taught disney everything he knew, then they killed him in his sleep. Ironic. He could save others from death... but not himself.

The senate: Did you ever hear the tragedy of Darth Plagueis The Wise? I thought not. It's not a story the Jedi would tell you. It's a Sith legend. Darth Plagueis was a Dark Lord of the Sith, so powerful and so wise he could use the Force to influence the midichlorians to create life… He had such a knowledge of the dark side that he could even keep the ones he cared about from dying. The dark side of the Force is a pathway to many abilities some consider to be unnatural. He became so powerful… the only thing he was afraid of was losing his power, which eventually, of course, he did. Unfortunately, he taught his apprentice everything he knew, then his apprentice killed him in his sleep. Ironic. He could save others from death, but not himself.
Mace Windu: Not yet.

Prequel hater

Term applied to those who can only bash and deride the latest three Star Wars movies, in spite of any argument which may bring up some positive aspects.

It is somewhat comparable to the term geewun when speaking of transformers fans as it is all related to nostalgia and fans who can't stand change or modernization.
Todd: Let's watch a dvd tonight dude, if we've got nothing better to do.

Justin: Sure, I'll get Eddie to hang out too.

Todd: Aight. What'll we watch? Action? Horror? Sci fi?

West Midlands slang word for rockers, bikers, greasers etc. In the late 1980s it was used by the UK music press to refer to a specific scene centered around the bands Pop Will Eat Itself and Crazyhead. The term never found favour with readers of 'the inkies' (Sounds, Melody Maker and the still extant NME) and was soon dropped. Now often used in predominantly working-class areas of the midlands and the north to mean someone who listens to rock-derived music and/or dresses in a manner that suggests they affiliate themselves with rock music of some kind.
Some grebo passed with Sabbath playing on his stereo.
