Magic words used on the 1980s kids' show Today's Special (a Canadian import which aired on a very early Nickelodeon). The characters would say these words to bring Jeff the mannequin to life.

brocus pocus 

When a girl is being hit on by a "bro" (lifted truck driving, moto-cross riding, hurley apparrel doning guy with spiky hair and possible frosted tips) and she declines the attention... but by the end of the night and a few drinks later, she realized he had tricked her into a make out session of some sort.

"I didn't even like that Jared guy. I think he sprinkled some of that brocus pocus on me and i ended up kissing him."

When one incurs a concussion upon smelling feces and experiences moments of extreme and ambiguous disorientation (not to be confused with 'Poocushion')

Example One:
Thaddius - "Hey man, you weren't making any sense yesterday after you left the bathroom at Chili's"

Cam - "...oh no, I must have suffered a Poocussion"

Example Two:
After experiencing a severe case of Poocussion of the most seldom occurrence Frank stumbled around the apartment for the rest of the afternoon mumbling to himself.

Frank - "I'm gonna, I'm gonna, I'm gonna, I'm gonna, aahh I'm gonna...gonna, gonna (sigh)"
