Haruspex were individuals who read bird entrails to divine the future. A porcuspex is an individual who does the same with pigs. Common to the WallStreetBets subreddit, porcuspex are individuals who predict the "slaughter of pigs" as opposed to bulls and bears, referring to the saying, "Bulls make money, bears make money, pigs get slaughtered"
