League of Legends term to describe one's rank in a negative term. When someone uses this word, it is often because they are smurfing and are calling players in the same game bad. People who use this word are either performing extremely well in their game or playing bad and are taking their anger out on their team

When you take a piss test and there is a significant amount of cum in it and when you pull a sample from it the sample trails like string cheese from a hot pizza.
