To be perley is to synonomize the definitions of the words "spotless" and "attractive", implying wide desiration among the opposite sex. More of a ebonical term than anything, the word perley has garnered most of its usage from the black community.

I.e. so we went to the bar and my buddy matt was so perley with the girls, he didn't have to buy a drink all night.
I.e. that guys perlier than brad pitt in a room full of single women.

When you date a female of the Perley-Francis clan, you become caught in their trap, and therefore called the Perley-Francis Trap.

How it happens: You become very happy with them, and when you get to the peak of happiness, they knock you down, and make your life a living hell, and you can't escape the trap without losing some sort of your sanity.
