A portmanteau of pedophile and conservative, used to refer to a member of the Republican party.

It's not just Roy Moore, Matt Gaetz, Dennis Hastert, Donald Trump, Mark Foley, Jim Jordan. All Republicans are pedocons, motivated primarily by the desire to molest children.

A combination of the word pedophile and noona (a Korean word referring to an older girl), a pedonoona is an older woman or girl who is interested in a young male idol in an inappropriate and sexual way.
