Pafoozda is moisture in food, but not just water moisture. The beauty of liquid food or drinks is they're almost all pafoozda, but it can be a downside in some non-liquid foods.
Cheese has varying amount of pafoozda, cheese in dry cheese snacks has none at all. In the case of cheese,the moisture is from milk whey. Raisins have a lot less pafoozda than grapes.

The nickname given to Sirius Black by his friends while in animagus form. Sirius took the form of a large black dog and was given the nickname "Padfoot" by his friends because of the dog's padded feet.
Sirius fought in the first Wizarding War in the Order of the Phoenix alongside his friends, but was later blamed for the death of James and Lily Potter and sent to Azkaban, to which he later escaped 12 years later.
Black dies by the hand of his cousin Bellatrix Lestrange and is pushed into the Veil by one of her curses.

Some other nicknames that Sirius has are: Black, Snuffles (by Harry Potter, Ron Weasley and Hermione Granger)
