A newer variation of owned, or pwned. Usually used to describe beating someone or besting someone. Mostly used in video game speak or leet speak.

Ex: Im not gonna fight you, it will just be pangage.

It is a slang term for "disrespect". Just like the word fuck, it can be used in a variety of ways.
