Orphaned body part
When someone shares pictures that are a close-up or cropped to only show one body part. It is commonly done with genitalia and feet, but can be done with any body part. This could be done for different reasons.
For example men may do this by sharing pics of their penises and women by sharing pics of their feet to be sexual.
People who are obese will share these pictures to focus on the one part of their body they are comfortable with or feel is the most attractive.

Orlane...They really a special friend. They pretty, funny, but especially the nicest person you've ever met. Pretty shy but when you know them, you’re just in love their personality. Brought to public attention by Bob Woodward and Carl Bernstein in the book on the fall of Richard Nixon, All The President’s Men, ratfucker was Nixon’s term for a political operative who sows chaos among opponents; an agent provocateur. It is thought to have originated among campus political rivalries at USC, and seems to have some usage in the US military.
Along with Nixon’s other ratfuckers, Roger Stone caused fights at otherwise peaceful Democratic Party protests to generate a false narrative that the Democrats were violent and dangerous.
