Orphaned body part
When someone shares pictures that are a close-up or cropped to only show one body part. It is commonly done with genitalia and feet, but can be done with any body part. This could be done for different reasons.
For example men may do this by sharing pics of their penises and women by sharing pics of their feet to be sexual.
People who are obese will share these pictures to focus on the one part of their body they are comfortable with or feel is the most attractive.

Orlane
Orlane...They really a special friend. They pretty, funny, but especially the nicest person you've ever met. Pretty shy but when you know them, you’re just in love their personality. They are soooo fun to hang out with. You just gotta love orlanes, cuz if you don't your just have a massive problem. They seem scary and quiet at first but i can tell you it’s the opposite. Adjective. Used to describe persons who have adjusted or altered their lifestyle for environmental reasons. Crunchy persons tend to be politically strongly left-leaning and may be additionally but not exclusively categorized as vegetarians, vegans, eco-tarians, conservationists, environmentalists, neo-hippies, tree huggers, nature enthusiasts, etc.

murderhobo
In a tabletop game, a murderhobo is a player who murders NPCs indiscriminately. This is normally derogatory, referring to a player who totally ignores quests, dialog, backstory, trade, world building etc.
The term is most common with Dungeons and Dragons, but it can be applied to most RPGs where the player is allowed to kill most quest-giving NPCs and NPC traders. E.g. Elder Scrolls, Fallout, Divinity original sin.
