The point reached in the day when it's too late to get any from the opposite sex. Usually applies after a long day at work.

Boy: Girl, I know you alone tonight.
Girl: It's cut off time. Hit me on the weekend.

A time period where everyone is required to remove their pants. It occurs strictly from 9:15 to 9:17 PM. Alarms on cellular devices are highly recommended to time this event properly.

A "Time off Tom" is someone who takes off of work randomly or needs lots of time off, usually with little to no advance notice.

Boss: "Has anyone seen Nick today?"
Worker: "Not yet, I think he's Time off Tom'ing it again"
