A person who is addicted to acquiring wonderful, beautiful, expensive, precious metal coins. A numismaddict is someone who is diagnosed as not being in control of their impulses or need to buy coins, even to the point of going broke to obtain them.

Numismaddicts sometimes "coin" new words to describe their fanatical passion for coins.

Having to do with currency. Attraction to dolla dolla bills y'all.. Getting sexually aroused when you see currency stamped with old dates and double dyed mint marks .. Someone who always checks the dates on everyone's coins and swear they found the rare one worth millions but they did not..
