a woman with only her top off revealing her breasts, but she still has pants or some type of other clothing covering her lower privates.

Nudity refers to full nude while nudTITy is only the breasts.

Lorenzo: Hey, have you seen that nude picture floating around with that chick in math class in it?

Peter: Is it full nude or only nudtity?

Lorenzo: Oh, sorry. It's nudtity.
