A noyd is a person that annoys others for no good reason, sometimes for fun. Some cases are differant as certain people are annoying naturally without any effort or knowledge that they are in fact an annoying jackass.

Boring person who thinks to much of them self. Person who makes jokes that only they would laugh to. But sometimes one is born good looking usually not.
