Noochie is a word used by parents to call their children's behavior bitchy/shitty or the child themselves a bitch/shit without using an inappropriate word for a young child.

Noochie
1. Bitch/Shit name used by adults for young children to call out bad behavior or directed at the person.
2. Bad Attitude

5 year old Timmie is crying and throwing a tantrum in the store. Mother states, 'Timmie, quite being noochie, get over here right now'.
