A term commonly used by middle eastern and/or Bangalore thugs in a fit of anger. Common Indian term of "Do the needful" used in as a threat and or angry gesture.

Do the needful

The person uttering the phrase has indicated to the listener that they have decided the issue being discussed is not their problem. They don't care how it is solved, but know they will not be involved in solving it.

The network connection is failing sporadically only when going through this particular router, but I have checked it's logs and see no errors. It is not a problem with my network, but with your software. Do the needful and fix this issue (and spend many, many hours gathering additional data to prove beyond any doubt it is the router).

A group of Indian Technology professionals attempting to make sub-English requests to on-shore technical teams. Derived from the Indian request to "please do the needful", or "kindly do the needful", where "the needful" refers to "the necessary".

The "needfuls" just raped us today on code defects.
