MOMCEL – a single mom who’s also celibate (not always by choice)
A woman who is a mother—often a single one—who has become celibate not by spiritual awakening, but by brutal life circumstances. Romantic prospects? Ghosted. Time for dating? Nonexistent. Libido? Missing, presumed dead. She didn’t choose the celibate mom life; the celibate mom life chose her.

“Did I want to be celibate or did motherhood just delete my dating profile from the algorithm? MOMCEL era.”
“My kid saw a man in the house and asked if he was a plumber. He was my date. MOMCEL levels: maxed.”
Much like a bachelorette party is meant to celebrate a bride-to-be's last night of freedom, a momchelorette party is meant to be a last hurrah for the mom-to-be before the arrival of the baby. Usually thrown by the godmother or other close friend.
Example: "I'm pretty sure Amanda hooked up with that guy we met at Sandy's Momchelorette Party."
Example 2: "She may be 9 months pregnant, but that momchelorette sure can dance!"
