this word might look confusing.. but really its just a mole in the process of growing when its in the stage where it looks like a pimple.

A mole-like bump that is in the procress of turning into a pimple. A Moleple appears to be giant and red in color.
Conroy: "Dr. Colton, what is this giant bump on my skin?"
Dr. Colton: "Oh Goodness, you have a moleple, Conroy!"
Dr. Colton: "Oh Goodness, you have a moleple, Conroy!"
