This is a boy's name, but could be a girl's name I suppose. It's not widely used. It's used for funny, sweet, caring guys who don't mind to tell you how awesome you are. Macklyn's are usually very easy to talk to and they always know what to say. They love to listen and sing their favorite songs in the car, and I wouldn't be surprised to catch one dancing while driving down the road. Most of them really like hip-hop and rap.
