-A contemptuous yet relatively unknown term for a Caucasian American, (especially one who resides within the southern United States)- Used to degrade a white person in US south, and usually all white people of Irish decent.

"Mayo-Monkey" + "Mick"
(Offensive • from the african-Amerircan derived slur "monkey") (Offensive • an Irishmen)
-While this "slur" does not have as much mainstream weight to it as other white terms like : "Cracker", "Honky" or "Snowbunnies" do, in it's use it has always been rooted in a derogatory and offensive manner to degrade people of Irish decent, branching out to generally mean all Caucasians in general.
