That’s a lot! — an expression that conveys the experience of being overwhelmed when confronted by an intense Person, Event, Timings, or Situation (P.E.T.S). Another way of saying: “DA FUQ!!!!!?????”
1) Doctor to a family member: Your mother has stage four lymphatic cancer and has only months to live. All we can do is make her comfortable. Family member: That’s a lot! 2) Son to his mother: Mom, come and get me; I’m in jail for a felony and they won’t let me out unless I can post bail. Mother: That’s a lot! 3) Sister looking at the date her brother has brought home for Thanksgiving family dinner: That’s a lot! 4)Friends and family reading this definition: That’s a lot!
