Name of a city located in the province of Huelva (Spain). A popular belief exists in Spain that says that the inhabitants of this city are extremely stupid, and this city is usually quoted in Spanish "jokes about stupids"

- So, a man from Lepe comes into a bar and says "do you have frog legs?" and he answers back "we do, sir" and the man from Lepe then says "then hop your way into the kitchen and bring me a steak, please".
