From "hapax legomenon," a longstanding linguistics concept referring to a term of which only one instance of use is recorded (based upon the Greek roots "hapax," for "once," and "legomenon," for "to say"). 2. (rare) A person who creates an entirely new Lego character out of various Lego pieces from different sets.
