(1)A person who blames his teammates for a loss. Usually, but not limited to, the characters choosen by the team or by not supporting him specifically.
(2)A person who does not acknowledge when they are in the wrong. Normally this person will change the subject when presented with compelling evidence to the contrary.

Usually a reference to the open work space or a missing person or mythical employee.
Online first person shooter battles. Groups of players follow another rushing player across an open battlefield without reason or understanding of tactics and get themselves killed very early in battle.
