A chinese hokien dialect that refers to any tools that is related to clipping, griping or pegging something up (tongs, bowl clipper, tweezers, pincers, cloth pegs etc. )
Mostly used in South East Asia (Especially in Brunei, Malaysia, Singapore, Indonesia, Philippines).
