A portmanteau of Kermit Flailing , imagine Kermit The Frog flailing his arms in frustration.

(verb) Being frustrated with a situation or thing that should be easy but is confoundingly difficult. This occurs when working with computers or technology, some more than others.

(adjective) The situation or thing which which causes undue difficulty for a task that should be simple.

Keflavik Surprise 

Whilst visiting Iceland with a friend, you pick up a girl from a third country and Eiffel Tower her across the gap in the tectonic plates. One guy stands on the North American plate while the second stands on the Eurasian plate.

At the end of a great night of drinking at the Cafe Petite, we gave that French chick a Keflavik Surprise!
