Kennick
Kennick (noun) - equivalent of calling somebody a fool. Can be shortened to Ken. The slang of Irish Gipsy tinkers and English Travellers.

Some say the word originates from gypsies hunting the Kennick bird on Stanwell Moor way back in Victorian times. The Kennick bird was hunted to extinction leading to the bird being deemed useless. Hence why Kennick is a derogatory term although it can be used as a term of endearment.

Kennie is the most handsome, kind, caring, man ever. He helps old ladies cross the street and makes grandpa feel like he’s not the one getting help when he actually is.
