Jokeboner, originated from the Swedish word "Skämtstånd", is a type of erection.

A jokeboner is not, as opposed to a real boner, directly a caused by sexual arousal. It is rather used as a practical joke, and/or to preform what is called a böglyft, or "gaylift".
The term is often used to explain how a boner, in an otherwise gay situation, could be considered as No-homo.
