Pretty much a slang word for folks who make a career of feeding off The Public Trough. This word is often used in Public Housing and Section 8 Strongholds as well as the Social Security Office.

A blatantly obvious spoonerism to describe uninteresting, low-pay, no-skill-required work that is usually of a temporary & unimportant nature.

"I ain't got no skrilla to pay for some reggie. Yo!"

"Just go online and take some Jigger Nobs."

Someone judging a person that they do not know and with little to no information, giving them a derogatory label as a result of their bias. Thus, drawing a conclusion about the kind of person they are based on said label.
